I am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher with over 13 years of personal practice and a deep love for mindful movement and breath-centered connection. I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification along with a 20-hour Prenatal Yoga certification.

My teaching style is grounded, gentle, and body-honoring. Through yoga, we create space for the body to feel heard, softened, and supported, allowing healing and self-trust to unfold naturally. Utilizing breath, presence, and intentional movement, I guide students into a grounded experience that supports both body and nervous system.

I offer private and small-group sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re preparing for birth, reconnecting with your body, or simply seeking a slower, more nourishing practice.
